1. Write a best-selling book

3. 29. Be fluent in another language—probably Spanish, though preferably something slightly obscure like Dutch

31. Make a significant donation to Ohio Wesleyan University, thus reserving naming rights to the fourth floor of the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center and allowing for a massive expansion of the library
